Direct AS2 with signed receipts
Point-to-point AS2: messages signed (SHA-256) and encrypted (AES-256), each acknowledged by a signed MDN receipt that we store with the transaction.
Chrooted SFTP
Each partner account is locked to its own inbound and outbound folders. SFTP only: no shell, no port forwarding, no access to the rest of the system.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
HTTPS (TLS) for the portal and API, AES-256 for AS2 payloads. Data sits on cloud storage volumes encrypted at rest by the provider (AES-256, provider-managed keys).
Cloud hosted
Runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as isolated containers behind a hardened edge proxy, with the database on an internal network and no public port.
Two-factor sign-in
Every portal user signs in with a password and an authenticator app, with single-use backup codes and optional trusted browsers.
Strict tenant isolation
Your users only ever see your own partners' traffic. Every query is scoped to your organisation on the server, not in the browser.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we be onboarded?
Setting up your account, portal access and SFTP or AS2 connection is quick. Most of the elapsed time is each trading partner's testing process: we exchange test messages with them, fix any mapping differences and only then switch to live. We agree a plan per partner when you get in touch.
Does it work with our ERP (SAP, Sage, NetSuite, Xero)?
Yes, through files rather than plug-ins. Inbound orders are delivered as structured files (JSON, CSV or XML) that your ERP or its import tools can read, and we pick up your invoices the same way, over SFTP. We do not install anything inside your ERP. On Full Managed we build custom mappings to match your ERP's import format.
We already have a VAN. How does migration work?
1. We review your current partners, message types and volumes. 2. We set up connections and mappings and test them while your VAN keeps running. 3. Each partner is switched over on an agreed date, one at a time. 4. You keep the VAN until the last partner has moved, so nothing is missed.
What happens when a message fails?
It is flagged in the portal's Error Inspector with the exact validation error and the original file, so the cause is clear and the message can be corrected and processed again.
